- What areas do you serve?
- She Shines Cleaning Solutions serves North Branch, Minnesota and the surrounding northern metro, roughly a 60-mile radius. That includes Forest Lake, Cambridge, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Andover, Hugo, Lino Lakes, Wyoming, Chisago City, Lindstrom, Princeton, Elk River, Ramsey, Ham Lake, Oak Grove, East Bethel, Isanti, and Zimmerman. If you are near the edge of that range, call and ask — it usually still works.
- How much does house cleaning cost?
- Price depends on the size and condition of the space, so we quote every job individually rather than publishing a flat rate. Square footage, number of bathrooms, and how long it has been since the last clean are the three biggest factors. Send the details through our quote form and we reply by email, usually the same day.
- How often should I schedule a cleaning?
- Bi-weekly is what most of our clients settle on — it keeps a home consistently clean without over-committing. Weekly suits busy households with children or pets. Monthly works for smaller spaces and lighter upkeep.
- Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
- Yes. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment to every job, so you do not need to provide anything. If you would prefer we use a specific product in your home, tell us and we will work with it.
- Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
- Yes. Every member of our team is vetted, background checked, and insured. We are used to working in occupied homes, around pets, children, and people working from home.
- Do you require a long-term contract?
- No. Recurring cleaning plans have no contract. You can change your frequency, skip a visit, or stop the service at any time.
- What is the difference between a recurring clean and a deep reset?
- A recurring clean maintains a home on a schedule — kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, covered the same way each visit. A deep reset is a one-time, top-to-bottom clean that gets inside appliances and cabinets, behind and under furniture, and into window sills, blinds, and light fixtures. Most clients book a deep reset first, then move onto a recurring schedule.
- Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
- Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning covers every room floor to ceiling, including inside all cabinets, closets, and drawers, plus appliance deep cleaning. It is booked by homeowners, landlords, and real estate agents across the northern metro for closings, turnovers, and security deposit returns, and we time it around your handover date.
- Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
- Yes. We clean offices and small commercial spaces, covering desks, conference rooms, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms. Cleaning is scheduled around your business hours so your team arrives to a finished space.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- No. Many clients give us access instructions and are out during the visit. Others prefer to be home. Either works — just tell us how you would like to handle entry when you book.
- What are your business hours?
- We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. You can send a quote request through the website at any time.
